The 2022 IRS 8949 fails to generate the email. All other forms (condensed 8949, 1040 generates ok). Please help!

I never receive an email after generating any IRS Form for Tax year 2022. I never receive any of the following forms: 1) IRS Form 8949, 2) Condensed IRS Form 8949, 3) IRS Schedule D) Form 1040), or 4) IRS Schedule 1 (Form 1040 or 1040-SR).

As no forms are being received by users, I would like to recommend the option for users to at LEAST be able to DOWNLOAD forms (as an option) - especially if the email exchange system is buggy at the moment.

Not receiving email after generating tax reports

Issue: Generated tax reports should be sent to the user's email address. We've identified a bug that is preventing the email from arriving to the user's inbox.

The Engineering team is actively working on this issue.

IRS 8949 Forms fail to generate when requested. All other forms appear to generate correctly.
Support may be able to generate the form for you if you fail to receive it.
In some cases, the form will fail to generate for the Support Team as well, this is due to a known bug - our Engineering Team is actively working to address the cause of the forms failing to generate.
