Users have reported that balances that show on the portfolio and dashboard may be different from the balances on their wallets.
This issue was raised because of a problem with XLM balances not syncing on Ledger Wallets. When the Ripple API is down, the wallet balance goes to zero; when the wallet balance updates again, the dashboard and portfolio may still show zero. The wallets and dashboards will continue to be out of sync.
If you add or remove a wallet or have transactions that change wallet balances, this change will not show on the portfolio or dashboard in real time. Users have to wait for the dashboard to update and show the changes.
There is no workaround for this issue.
