Missing Binance and Binance US transactions from "Buy and Sell History"
Binance deposits, withdrawals, and trades are syncing. Simple buys & sells (directly from/to bank), and OTC orders are not. The Binance team is not planning on fixing this ahead of the US tax deadline. Instead, they are working on adding a new CSV export that covers full transaction history to supplement the API integration. As soon as they finalize the format, we will integrate it (planned for ahead of the US tax deadline).
Sync fiat Binance & Binance US deposits and withdrawals
Currently, we sync all Binance & Binance US transactions except fiat deposits and withdrawals (since they don't impact tax calculations).
Binance Savings + Earn (lending / staking)

Binance cross-margin : ✅ Binance isolated-margin : ✅ Binance futures : ✅ Note: This applies only to Binance, and not Binance.us . Binance.us does not support margin trading accounts yet.
Binance Tax Reporting API
Binance announced they have launched a Tax Reporting API, we should integrate it. Announcement: https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/57d68e2a247744aa980ab82f6708522d
Binance and Binance US fee tracking
When withdrawing from Binance and Binance US, CoinTracker does not automatically account for the withdrawal fee. Users have to add this manually at the moment.
Failing to sync some coins from Binance
For example: GXC STRAT IrisNetwork (IRIS) ✅ We have shipped a fix for VGX (BQX) ✅ We have shipped a fix for Holo (HOT) and it should now be syncing correctly.
Coins/tokens on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) not automatically matched
Token and coin transactions on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) are not being automatically matched against their non-BSC counterparts. This happens only on public wallet addresses. We map automatically on exchanges and when transactions are imported via the generic CoinTracker CSV format. When tokens are not automatically mapped, users will see a question mark or a the first letter of the coin's symbol inside of a blue circle instead of the correct symbol for the coin. One workaround for this is to edit the affected transactions in the public wallet and manually select the correct coin. Please see the following article on our help center for further details: https://help.cointracker.io/en/articles/5158413-why-are-my-transactions-showing-the-wrong-coin If you have a very large number of transactions, you may want to use the CoinTracker generic CSV format to add the wallet instead of using the public address. The CSV import will allow the coins to be mapped automatically so you won't need to select them by manually. Once you obtain the CSV of your transactions, follow these instructions to create the import: https://support.cointracker.io/hc/en-us/articles/4413071299729
