BAT rewards are not syncing from Uphold exchange

Users may experience:
Users have reported that their BAT rewards are not being pulled into CoinTracker when syncing Uphold to CoinTracker via the API connection.
Expected behavior:
It would be expected that all of my BAT transactions, including rewards, accurately sync to CoinTracker.
As a user, what should I do?
- For a small number of missed transactions, please manually add the transactions following this guide.
- For a large number of missed transactions, we recommend removing Uphold and importing your transaction history as a CSV.
