Users report their CoinTracker account in a sudden broken state, this broken state appears as a NaN value on their portfolio page (Image 1) as well as a failed Wallet page with the following error message: "There was a problem while loading data, please refresh your page". (Image 2)

Our team is still investigating the behavior and will update this post once a fix is deployed.

In one instance a user was able to return to a normal state after making an edit to a custom currency they created prior to their account entering the broken state. We recommend users try editing their last known custom currency if applicable as well as selecting the 'Sync all' button on the wallets page to generate activity on your account. This will help our team review broken state activity. Thank you all for your patience!
