Coinbase staking: 'Earning Balance' is not recognised by CoinTracker
Coinbase have updated their staking offering. The staked balance is now separated out as an 'earning balance' in their UI. Our integration doesn't recognise where these staked assets went. The movement of the staked asset to the 'earning balance' is tracked as a 'Send' transaction. We need to update CoinTracker so that the 'earning balance' is tracked correctly.
Unable to edit transactions / limited transaction features on mobile
You can view transactions that need review but can’t actually do anything with them on mobile. Seems like you should be able to since the page literally says Edit Transactions.
Timestamps on transfers from Coinbase Pro to Coinbase are incorrect
Sometimes when a user transfers funds from Coinbase Pro to their Coinbase account the timestamp on the transfer out shows up with a later timestamp than expected. This causes 'Negative balance' errors on the account.
Missing transactions on the transactions tab within mobile app
User is reporting a missing transaction when in the general transactions tab on mobile app, when filtered by the specific wallet in the mobile app the transaction is visible. This behavior is inconsistent and should populate all transactions in the general transaction tab.
'Needs Review' Filtered Transaction CSV has no rows
To reproduce: Filter the transactions page for Needs Review transactions. Press the "Download CSV with filters" link Wait for the CSV to download. When it does, it has no data, just the headers.
Receiving blank tax forms
As a user, when I visit the Tax Center on CoinTracker I am able to see my gains and income calculations broken down, when I generate my tax forms the forms are delivered but they are blank. I should be receiving my tax forms consistent with my portfolio and tax center values.
Unable to set an email + password login when I have a social login for my CoinTracker account
As a user I would like to be able to log into my account using an email + password even when I have a social login such as Coinbase, Google or Apple.
User received a CoinTracker email after deleting their account
A user has reported receiving a CoinTracker product update email after deleting their CoinTracker account. When a user deletes their CoinTracker account, the user data (email, account information, etc) is removed from our system, this is not expected behavior. We have escalated this to our engineering team, no action needed at this time. Please add an upvote if you experience this behavior.
