What is the issue? When downloading Form 8949, the amount of an asset sold is shown with only 3 decimal places. This results in entries showing 0 sold, such as "0.000 BTC" even when small amounts were sold, such as 0.00000432 BTC. Who is affected? Users who sold small amounts of an asset. What is the workaround? There is currently no effective workaround to view full precision in the 8949 PDF export. Our engineering team is working to fix this. Users may experience: Users may find that their staked ETH on Coinbase Prime is not being treated as expected. Specifically, the Stake transactions are shown as a "Send" and the receipt of the asset in the staking wallet is marked as "Staking rewards". Expected behavior: The Stake transaction should be recognized as a Stake. The receipt of the staked asset in the staking wallet should be identified correctly as the staked amount. What is the issue? The contract 0x5151A19cD9919a7745a0E100f67f628058d5c27F is appearing as USDC in user accounts. Who is affected? Users who may have interacted with USDC have the potential to have these fake phishing tokens appear in their transaction history. What is the workaround? Bug Report: Missing Solana Staking Rewards in CoinTracker What is the issue? Solana staking rewards are not showing in CoinTracker for some users. This happens because the correct data is not being returned by the API. Who is affected? Users with Solana staking rewards may see missing or incomplete rewards in their CoinTracker account. What is the workaround? There is no action needed at this time. Once the API starts providing the correct data, CoinTracker will automatically update and display the missing rewards. What is the issue? All assets in Stacks wallets, except STX, are displaying 0 transactions in the Wallets page, even when transactions exist. Who is affected? All users with Stacks wallets holding assets other than STX. What is the workaround? Currently there is no workaround. Users can still click the asset to view their transactions. What is the issue? Users are unable to add some Solana wallets to CoinTracker. When attempting to add a wallet, the system displays an error message: "We could not add your wallet as this address is invalid. Please follow the instructions below and try again." Users may also see the wallet being stuck at 0% when attempting to add. Who is affected? Users trying to add a Solana wallet address to their account. What is the workaround? Currently there is no workaround to sync the wallets and we are working to fix this immediately. Users can manually add their transactions via CSV if needed. Our engineering team has reviewed this issue and confirmed we are passing the correct data to H&R Block. We are working with their team to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Who is affected? Users who import their CoinTracker tax data into H&R Block Desktop may see incorrect calculations, particularly missing gains/losses and missing cost basis info. What is the workaround? Users should wait for a fix from H&R Block or use H&R Block Online for importing their data. If the import is needed urgently through H&R Block Desktop, users can cross-check their CoinTracker Form 8949 against the H&R Block import and manually adjust any missing cost basis details.
