CoinTracker recently made an update that matches tokens by token contract address. Some users report forked tokens still mapping to the same asset even when the contract addresses differ. CoinTracker has a know bug in which we do not maintain price pages for forked / archived tokens outlined here.

As a user, I want to be able to differentiate between the two versions of a forked token and expect them to be distinguishable upon ingestion.

As a workaround users can create a custom currency and replace the older / archived tokens with the custom token. This will ensure a distinguishable version of the token is reconciled within your portfolio. Users will need to replace all of the tokens for a specific version with the custom token.

We have escalated this to our engineering team for review, we will update this post once a fix is deployed.
