Jupiter perpetuals transactions not imported correctly on Solana blockchain
complete

Users may experience:
- Users report insufficient balance errors for transactions they have active balances for
- Users report balance differences as CoinTracker is importing receive transactions as trades
- Users report seeing PERP receive transactions import as Trade transactions.
- As an example, if a user exits a PERP position on Jupiter, that user will receive an asset (i.e USDC) from that position upon exit, but in CoinTracker we are importing the transaction as a Trade in which the asset appears as outgoing while a small amount of SOL appears as incoming.
Expected behavior:
- Users expect to see incoming / receive transactions import as reflected on the blockchain.
As a user, what should I do?
- Users can manually edit their transactions to reflect the correct activity. We recommend users review the linked tx hash to the imported transaction and update the transaction in CoinTracker to reflect the correct activity.
- In this case, users can edit the wrong transaction, ignore the outgoing asset and add the quantities of the outgoing asset to the incoming side. Users would see a Receive transactions with both the asset (USDC) and SOL and being received.

This is now resolved. New Jupiter Perpetuals transactions should now import correctly into CoinTracker. Previously, if a user if a user exited a PERP position on Jupiter, that user will receive an asset (i.e USDC) from that position upon exit, in CoinTracker we were importing the transaction as a Trade in which the asset appears as outgoing while a small amount of SOL appears as incoming. Now, we import the transaction as two incoming entries, so when you exit a PERP position, we show an incoming USDC and SOL value.
To ensure historical transactions are accurately displayed, a re-sync might be required. Please follow these steps: remove the wallet and then re-add it to your account.
Please note: When you remove a wallet or exchange, all manually entered data within it will be lost. You will need to re-enter any necessary edits after re-adding the wallet or exchange. If you have manually fixed these issues already, no action is needed!
