Users may experience:
  • Users report values in the Overview and Portfolio section being mixed up up with assets with the same symbol on other chains.
  • As an example, a user may hold ANDY on ETH, but if they go to the ANDY price page for the Solana (SPL) version - we will display balance values for the ANDY on ETH so it appears as if they hold the SPL version as well.

Expected behavior:
  • Asset price and portfolio values should map to the correct asset. Assets should be distinguished by contract addresses.
As a user, what should I do?
This behavior does not affect your imported transactions or tax calculations, it is a display issue on the crypto prices page.
How can users provide feedback?
You can upvote this forum post to indicate you are experiencing this behavior. The post status will be changed to
