Timestamps on transfers from Coinbase Pro to Coinbase are incorrect
Henry
Sometimes when a user transfers funds from Coinbase Pro to their Coinbase account the timestamp on the transfer out shows up with a later timestamp than expected. This causes 'Negative balance' errors on the account.

I am running into this sometimes too. Tends to happen often when the transaction takes place directly on CB Pro, rather than transferring to/from CB regular first. CB Pro seems to settle the transfers on CB regular after the fact so the timestamps end up a bit funky. Quick fix would be to allow transactions to be matched to out of order timestamps within a few minutes or so.

Hi there,
Sorry for the delayed response on this. We're not aware of there being an issue with Coinbase Pro to Coinbase wallet transactions syncing. However, we have noticed that there can be an issue with the timestamps occasionally.
Are you able to adjust the timestamps so that the transfers are in the correct order?
I'm going to merge this ticket into another one I've created which describes the issue we're seeing here.

Henry: I have the same issue with the time stamps being a few seconds off causing a negative balance. Can you suggest a corrective action? Do I just edit the time stamp?
Henry
CT-kQELE8Vq: Hey - have you been prompted to update your Coinbase Pro API details to the new version? If so, try that first and see if it helps.
If not, you can manually edit the time stamps to put them in the correct order. Just click on the arrow on the right hand side of the transaction and select 'Edit'.
