Add the option for users to add a manual wallet

Users Feature Request:
- Enable creation of new wallets for manual transactions (e.g. from edit transactions view or wallets page).
As a user, what can I do?
- Until this feature has been implemented, users can add a CoinTracker CSV with an unrecognized asset - this will create an empty wallet.

Let us add a custom wallet without requiring an address.
I.e New wallet > Name wallet > save wallet > add transactions.
You can add transactions, but not into a custom wallet.
I have a wallet with a company called mode who you don't support, who don't give you an address for their bitcoin jar as you move money over from a regular wallet into it to earn interest.
I have no way to track that money unless I could make a custom wallet

Ability to create our own wallet that doesn't need to fit your list so I can include purchases made on exchanges you don't support (my examples are Kucoin and Gate.io)
