Allow users to specify time zone for their transactions and their CoinTracker account
submitted

Users Feature Request:
CoinTracker defaults to UTC as the timezone for transactions. As a user, I would like to specify which timezone I am in, so that my transactions match what I see on my local wallet/exchange (which often will let users configure their timezone).
As a user, what can I do?
Currently, there is no way to set your timezone in CoinTracker. All transactions will be shown in UTC. This means they will sometimes fall into the "wrong" tax year (i.e. trades made around Dec 31st)
For uploaded CSVs, it's important to make sure the date/time is in UTC for consistency.
If you have a transaction showing in the wrong tax year because of the difference in your time zone to UTC, the best workaround is to edit the transaction and change the date

Date format bug

Date formats Tax Centre CSV export are set to US format mm/dd/yyyy. On a UK computer many of these dates will be misread.
Can this be corrected to that for UK customers the format used is dd/mm/yyyy.
An even better solution would be to format all dates as yyyy/mmm/dd which would work for all location
