Better support for Germany Taxes

Users Feature Request:
Implement support for German tax calculations and the generation of German tax forms in CoinTracker. This feature should include:
- A detailed overview of which transactions lead to specific types of income.
- A breakdown of income categories such as long-term and short-term trades, staking, bonuses, and capital income like futures contracts.
- Totals for each category to match the structure needed for German tax reporting.
- Asset purchase prices for each transaction to aid in accurate tax calculation.
