Support ETH2 staking rewards

As a user staking ETH on the ETH2 blockchain, I expect my staking reward transactions to be pulled into CoinTracker. Currently, this is not the case, and reward transactions are missed.
This request has been escalated to our engineering team for review. We will update this post should this feature be added.
Until this feature has been added, users can manually enter the withdrawal transactions for their rewards. Please note that manual entries can result in duplicate transactions when features are added. You can manually add transactions following this guide.

- It would be great to see the transactions to the eth2 staking contract marked automatically as staking
- Show an up to date value of the validator and its current balance
I did not see a request for that here, if I'm missed it please let me know and I'll upvote there.
