Support Earn transactions on Kucoin exchange

Users Feature Request:
Integrate support for Kucoin's lending/savings program, Kucoin Earn, into CoinTracker. This program includes Flexible Savings, Staking, KuCoin Earn Select, and ETH2. The integration should support tracking transfers between spot accounts and other account types (e.g., savings, staking) and recording interest earned transactions.
While direct integration is pending, users are advised to export their Earn transactions via CSV from Kucoin, reformat the CSV using the guide provided here, and import them to CoinTracker. Alternatively, transactions can be manually added as outlined here.
