We have received some reports of missing Exchange transactions. These seem to be primarily the receive side of transactions where crypto was transferred between wallets the user owns.

This can cause:

• Incorrect balances

• Transactions that should appear as transfers with no gain/loss calculation appear as "send" transactions with gain or loss displayed

• Incorrect capital gains/loss calculations on forms

• Errors on transactions that indicate a sent amount causes a negative balance, since the transaction where the sent crypto arrived in the wallet is now missing.

Our engineering team is working on this as a high priority issue.

If you modify your transactions to add missing data or enter additional transactions manually, once we release a fix those manual edits may need to be removed to avoid duplicate information.
