Transfer To My Other Wallet Shows As "Send" with Gains Calculation

Some transactions between wallets added to CoinTracker may appear as "Sent" instead of "Transfer" for the transaction type.
We try to always automatically detect transfers between wallets that you own. The problem here is that we are not detecting a transfer when the fee is higher than other similar transfers.
If we've failed to detect that the transaction is a transfer between your wallets, you will see:
•The transaction is labeled as "Send".
• A Gain/Loss number or "No loss / gain" message will show on the transaction.
• The receive portion of the transaction will show the heading "Sent to Address", with the address displayed as the address of your other wallet.
•Capital gains numbers may be incorrect, since a "send" is treated as a taxable event, whereas a correctly recognized transfer between your wallets is not.
To correctly mark the transaction and remove the gains calculation:
- Click the down arrow on the right side of the transaction.
- Choose "Mark as Transfer".
- Click the down arrow again and choose "Edit Transaction".
- For the receiving portion of the transaction, change the wallet to the correct wallet you transferred the funds into.

This is now resolved for future transactions. With the exception of multi-token transactions, we have made internal updates to improve our transfer detection. Should you continue to see behavior related transfer detection, please reach out to the CoinTracker support team directly for further assistance.

Transfers labled as sent rather than transfers

Most of the interwallet transfers I do are by default labeled as sent and/or received, making them taxable events. I have not used my crypto even once to pay for anything, so why would a transfer from one wallet to another be labeled as such? It means I have to manually mark as transfers every crypto transfer.
