Base wallets are intermittently failing to sync

Users may experience:
- Intermittent errors adding Base wallets to CoinTracker.
- Existing Base wallets failing to sync new transactions sporadically.
Expected behavior:
- Users should be able to add Base wallets to CoinTracker without issues.
- Existing Base wallets should sync new transactions seamlessly.
As a user, what should I do?
- Users can try syncing the wallet at a later time. The wallet will eventually sync on subsequent tries. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
