On logging into CoinTracker some users have reported a blank dashboard and/or performance page.
Pages impacted are https://www.cointracker.io and https://www.cointracker.io/performance
There is not a user-facing workaround for this issue, engineering is investigating.

This was happening due to rate-limiting being a big too aggressive on these pages. We have adjusted the aggressiveness of the rate limits and the issue should not be occurring any longer.

This behavior has resurfaced and should only be affecting user's that login to CoinTacker via email + password, our engineering team is reviewing the behavior. User's logging in via social logins such as Google, Apple, or Coinbase should not be affected.
We will keep this posted updated with any changes.
