Change email flagging an error and 'appears' to not update

Users report that when attempting to change their email they are receiving an error when entering their OTP (one-time-password). After the error users are able to login in using the new email but when logged in they still see the old email in their profile settings, still receive account emails to the old email, but users are not able to log in with the old email.
The email change tool is updating as the login credential, but is not updating the users account credentials on CoinTrackers end. Users should be able to log into their accounts using the new email but will continue to get emails on the old account, see the old email on their profile but not able to use the old email.
