Change email option unavailable for some users with email + password login methods

Users may experience:
- Some users cannot see the option to change their email, even though they have an email and password login configured.
- It is expected that users with email and password login options should be able to change their account email. Users using social logins (such as Google or Coinbase) will not see an option to change their account email.
Expected behavior:
- Users with email + password login should see the option to change their email in the account settings.
As a user, what should I do?
- There currently is not a workaround for this bug and it will need a fix from the team. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
