Coinbase Advanced Trade: Incorrect sell prices on transactions when those transactions share a timestamp
complete
Marty Eischeid
When importing sell transactions on Coinbase Advanced Trading where the order has multiple "lots" being sold at the same timestamp, the value of some of those transactions can swing wildly high or low. Summing across the timestamp the transactions balance out, but individual transactions can be massively thrown off.

This is resolved. Our team has deployed a fix to address this behavior along with some other behavior affecting users. We completed a re-sync for all Coinbase users late last week. Things to be aware of:
- All non-manual Advanced Trade transactions were re-synced - we removed the fluctuating transactions and replaced them with the correct balanced lots.
- Manual transactions will not be affected so users may have duplicates if they manually updated Advanced Trades.
If you made manual edits to account for this behavior you can ignore or delete your manual transactions by filtering by “Type: Buy or Sell”, “Sync Method: Manual”, "Wallet: Coinbase exchange" and bulk ignore.

Sam - CoinTracker Any idea whether this is related to all of my coinbase wallets now showing nearly $0 in assets? (The underlying Coinbase accounts are fine and all assets are still there.)

I cannot use CoinTracker to file my taxes without this very basic problem fixed. What is the ETA?

Will have to cancel my membership and tell others to do the same unless CoinTracker fixes key bugs in a timely manner for tax reporting. Key issues have been outstanding for months, ahead of and well into tax season.

Can we get an update on the status or ETA of this fix? Literally the only reason I pay for CoinTracker is to ... do my taxes, which I can't until this is fixed. (It's kinda scary that you guys aren't making a bigger deal about this major issue... how many people have already filed taxes this year with the incorrect data you're reporting?)

Canceled my subscription until/unless CoinTracker becomes useful for accurate tax reporting again. (The ETH2 issue is also insane in this regard.)

Recently started trading on coinbase advanced and noticed the same thing. The cost per coin recorded is wildly changed on each transaction when multiple transactions happen at the same time. I also noticed my buy orders for ZEC disappeared altogether after the sell which is now causing Insufficient balance in wallet error and showing the wrong capital gains. I am guessing this is part of the same issue but an update on the progress would be nice. Seems this has been a problem for 4 months now.

Yes, the integration with Coinbase Advanced Trading is completely broken. My cost basis is very wrong.
