Some users have recently reported that not all transactions from their Coinbase account are syncing to Cointracker. Coinbase has informed us that this issue began after they made changes to resolve recent issues syncing and reauthenticating Coinbase.
If you are missing transactions, this will cause your cost basis calculations and capital gains/loss information to be incorrect, as well as elements of your portfolio and dashboard.
The issue remains even after removing and re-adding the Coinbase exchange. We are not recommending removing and re-adding the exchange as a solution for this issue.
We also aren't recommending adding transactions manually at this time, since Coinbase engineers are actively working on the issue. If you do need to add manual transactions you can do so, just please be aware that they will be duplicates and need to be deleted once the missing transactions sync over normally.
