It looks like sometimes some transactions from Coinbase are duplicated resulting in obvious errors. See https://community.cointracker.io/t/duplicate-transactions/2968/2?u=at75

when you go to delete the extra account.... it gives a drop down box... what exactly do I click. None are "for sure I'm clicking the right one".

We have started the migration of our Coinbase Pro integration to version 2. On our testing accounts this updated version fixed the duplicated transaction issues that have been reported here.
To migrate you just need to head to the 'Wallets' page and click on Coinbase Pro. There should be a banner there which will prompt you to migrate and delete your old Coinbase Pro transactions.

Henry - CoinTracker: Hi Henry, Thank you for update. It's been 77 days since I carefully submitted my bug issue. I've not used CoinTracker since this issue first arose and I lost confidence in the data that I used to rely upon to help me with my strategies. What is the best contact info for customer service?

We're in the process of introducing a v2 of the Coinbase Pro API integration. This will fix the issue of Coinbase Pro transactions sometimes being duplicated.
Keep an eye out for the prompt to migrate to v2 in your CoinTracker account. We will gradually roll this out to all users over the coming weeks.

Here's what I've noticed for the past few months: Coinbase transfers to ETH wallet(s) create 2 separate transfers with inaccurate data
- Coinbase outflow combining the transfer amount + fee in the amount while showing $0 fee
- Wallet inflow with correct amount + fee.
Workaround: This requires creating 1 new manual entry to reflect the amount and fee and ignoring the 2 auto generated events.

It would be great if you could provide guidance on what to do. Is there a workaround while you look into the issue and when you fix the issue, will we have to go back into our transaction history and do something?

Like others, I am experiencing numerous duplicate transactions causing incorrect loss calculation.
Previous to Aug 3, I purchased all of my Crypto on Coinbase, then added a wallet to CoinbasePro and transferred all of my Coinbase to CoinbasePro so I could sell it and take advantage of Tax Loss Harvesting.
I also integrated the API with CoinTracker so that I could capture these new transactions, which they did.
I sold all of my Crypto on August 3rd and decided to stay in cash instead of buy back the crypto.
When I look at my transactions I can't make sense of them. The attached screenshots give you some idea of the kind of duplicates I’m seeing. 18 of my Crypto have these issues.
I do see the option to 'ignore' which does recalculate, but I'm unsure which to ignore or which to keep. Naturally, I assume the duplicates that show $0 cost basis and 100% gain are incorrect, but before I go ignoring those only, I also see numerous transactions with basis - but the amounts are off just a little bit making it very confusing. I need some coaching for the right discernment so I can use your software for its intended purpose. I pay $99/month for the tax management.
Very confusing! Please help!
