I can see my buys/sells coming through the API sync, but the transfers between portfolios are not being detected. This creates errors in balance calculation and requires manual transaction creation to remedy.

We have recently shipped a new and improved Coinbase Pro integration which resolves this issue with transfers between portfolios not being imported, matched and reconciled.
You will have to migrate your Coinbase Pro API keys following the instructions on existing Coinbase Pro entries on your CoinTracker account.

There are 4 Coinbase Pro Portfolios aside from the Default Portfolio and their funds are not showing in CoinTracker. The option to migrate Coinbase Pro has been enabled.

Eivind: Migration only worked for 1 Coinbase Pro portfolio. If you have multiple portfolios the migrate now button is broken.
Also, after I deleted my entire coinbase pro and readded it the transfers between the portfolios stop showing up.
This bug is still an issue for me. Are other users still having issues with this as well?

CT-jO3GBD3O: Thanks for letting us know. I am reaching out to you privately to get more details on this.

CT-jO3GBD3O: This bug may need to be reopened as I am having the same issue with 4 Portfolios not showing in CoinTracker. This is even after migrating given the option in the CoinTracker UI.

Due to a misunderstanding, a fix for this issue was thought to have been shipped while it had not. Our engineers are working on a solution for this issue and we'll hopefully have updates to share soon.

Eivind: Having similar problems. Used to have several CB Pro portfolios. Then deleted all auxiliary portfolios which consolidated all crypto into the default portfolio. When I migrated my wallet in Cointracker I lost the data points between all of the CB Pro wallets. Basis is completely wrong now. I should not have migrated. The feature should have been disabled until bug were worked out.

CT-gq1v3RjQ: I think the problem is actually in Coinbase, I have connected several 3rd party coin trackers to CoinbasePro and they all see the same problem.

The issue with transfers between Coinbase Pro portfolios not tracking should now be fixed!
Please try re-syncing your accounts as a first step to pull through the transfer transaction.
If this doesn't work, you may need to remove and re-add your Coinbase Pro exchange wallets. You can find the option to do this through the dropdown menu in the wallets page (see screenshot to help locate it).

This ETH transfer results in a negative ETH balance in Coinbase Pro ETH Wallet.
This is wrong. The ETH balance is transferred from another portfolio under the same coinbase pro account.

Any updates on this issue?
Having the same issue as well where this is causing negative balances in the Coinbase Pro corresponding portfolio when the coins are bought/sold/sent/transferred.
Please put this on higher priority considering cointracker IS the recommended solution from Coinbase.

HI Team,
I'm seeing the same issue with "TYPE" transfer from CoinBase is not reflecting in the calculation.
I do have each portfolio as a separate API key.
Thanks!
Eivind
Do you have all of your Coinbase Pro portfolios linked to CoinTracker using individual API keys for each portfolio? If you have this, the system should automatically reconcile transactions between them.

Eivind: I am seeing the same issue and have all of my Coinbase Pro portfolios added. The buys and sells are there but there is no awareness of transfers between them
Eivind
Do you have all the portfolios under your Coinbase Pro account synced to CoinTracker? Each portfolio needs a separate API key synced to CoinTracker as API keys on Coinbase Pro are per-portfolio.

Eivind: Yes all related portfolios have api keys set up and are syncing buys and sells but not transfers
