Coinbase transations incorrectly showing "Insufficient Quantity" error

Users may experience:
- Some Coinbase transactions are showing an "Insufficient quantity" error even when there is enough quantity from previous transactions.
- Users can confirm this by checking the 'Wallet Balances' for the asset on the previous transaction to confirm if there was quantity to cover the transaction.
Expected behavior:
- The error should only show if there is insufficient quantity for the transaction.
As a user, what should I do?
- There currently is not a workaround for this bug, and it will need a fix from the team. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
