CoinSpot integration uses created date of order instead of completed date

The CoinSpot API integration appears to be using the

Created

date of an order instead of the

Completed

date when pulling in transactions. The cost basis numbers and all stats appear correct and in order, but we should use the

Completed

date to avoid confusion.
