Exodus trade showing up as separate send and receive
submitted

Users may experience:
- When conducting swaps (trades) through Exodus across different wallets, these appear in CoinTracker as separate "send" and "receive" transactions, instead of being shown as linked swaps.
Note: This can lead to confusion when tracking transactions that span multiple wallets.
Expected behavior:
- Users expect that swaps across different wallets in Exodus should be reflected as linked trades in CoinTracker, rather than separate transactions.
As a user, what should I do?
The current best workaround is to manually upload a CSV of the Exodus transactions to CoinTracker. Users can refer to this guide for instructions: How to Convert Your Transaction History into CoinTracker-Compatible CSV Format.

please do some majik to get the exodus wallet to import, the instructions are for .zip that is broken, the cointracker form is in .csv that is broken also, and offers "workflow error" if it tries to import. or "validation error" any other .zip or drag/drop attempt. you guys are the best in 2025 so far (compared to 5, the others fail with long/short term hold calculations). please fix Exodus. thank you

This bug is still active as of April 3, 2025. It will not be fixed by the US tax deadline.
In the meantime, we suggest the workaround listed in the initial report.
