Users may experience:
- HEXheld on the Ethereum blockchain is being incorrectly mapped on the dashboard toHEX (PulseChain)on PulseChain
Expected behavior:
- It is expected that when syncing an Ethereum address to CoinTracker that my correct assets will be synced.
- The HEX token on Ethereum should not map to HEX (PulseChain).
As a user, what should I do?
- If a fix is needed immediately, users can follow the guide on Unsupported Tokenscreating acustom currencyto represent the correct HEX andedit any transactionsto map to the custom currency.
- Otherwise, sit tight until we ship the fix for the mapping error.

HEX (ETH) should now be mapped correctly moving forward. To ensure historical transactions are accurately displayed, a re-sync might be required. Please follow these steps:
remove the wallet
and then re-add it to your account. Alternatively, if available you can re-import your wallet following this guide

UPDATE: The correct token is being imported as transactions, we are incorrectly identifying the token on the dashboard and asset list. We will update this post once resolved.
