Import and syncing failures when adding Coinbase exchange

When adding my Coinbase exchange to CoinTracker I would expect all of my transactions to pull in. Currently, I am receiving a message that my account failed to Import and see zero transactions in my account.
We have escalated the necessary details regarding this report to our engineering team. You will receive an update on this post once a fix is deployed.
If transactions are urgently needed in your account we would recommend importing your Coinbase CSV until this has been corrected. Please note that manually added or uploaded transactions will need to be removed once Coinbase syncs again to avoid duplicate transactions.

I have been trying to get my Coinbase walket to update on Cointracker for two months to no avail. I have logged in and logged out loads of times, and repeatedly tried to refresh but nothing works. Please help, as i am currently paying for a useless service
