Incomplete transaction entries and missing transactions on Solana (SOL)

Saw this on twitter and confirmed in my own transactions. Some parts of some transactions are just completely missed for some reason. Seems like it’s missing the parts interacting with smart contracts in particular.

As a user, when importing a Solana public address I expect all transactions to be imported into CoinTracker.
CoinTracker currently supports most Solana transaction types but omits certain transactions, primarily transactions related to DeFi activity OR imports incomplete transactions. CoinTracker does appear to be creating an entry for most if not all transactions due to our most recent Solana integration update but users are still seeing incomplete transactions, users can verify the transaction activity by selecting the More Actions [...] > tx hash option for their transactions to verify the activity.
Our engineering team is actively investigating this behavior, we recommend users verify their transaction activity using a tool like stake.tax or their block explorer activity to verify their transactions and edit they as needed for accuracy. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!

We have made significant improvements to our Solana integration. These improvements are live, users should see improved transaction ingestion moving forward. There may be some edge cases, we recommend users report this behavior to our support team directly!
The improvements are not retroactive! If you would like to have these updates applied to past transactions, please remove and re-add your Solana wallet. CAUTION: Removing your wallet will delete any manual transactions made to that wallet. Please use the following guide to export your manual changes before removing your wallets.
Thank you all for your patience! Please reach out to the support team directly should you require further assistance.

Solana and XTZ are not being detected properly, you can see transactions but the corresponding amount is wrong

Unstaking transactions like JSOL to SOL are not captured by your software

I found something even more strange now. If you spend wrapped SOL (inside a token account) CT will treat it like a totally different token with a totally separate balance and cost basis, even though it appears exactly the same as regular SOL.
Able to resolve manually by editing the SOL to be SOL, not SOL. :3

CT-gQ8n9eO5: That sounds strange. Do you have an example transaction we can take a look at?

I messaged support with the same issue and was pointed to this page. And a "we don't know when this is going to be fixed".
Unfortunately, it's six weeks past when the issue was posted here - and this bug makes the software unusable for Solana. It's a bummer because Cointracker has by far the best integration for Solana NFTs.
Doing crypto taxes is a LOT of work and we don't have the luxury of waiting around for this to be fixed. I'll personally be asking for the 30 day refund after one more business week.
There's other services out there that CAN process Solana transactions correctly, but none of them have the quality integration Cointracker does. Would save a lot of time to do them here but better to use worse software and get it done on time.
