Users may experience:
  • Users being prompted for MFA on the web but not on mobile when device biometrics are enabled on mobile.
Note: The issue appears to be linked to the configuration of MFA for non-biometric devices.
Expected behavior:
  • Users should be prompted for MFA consistently across both web and mobile platforms, regardless of biometric settings.
As a user, what should I do?
  • There currently is not a workaround for this bug and it will need a fix from the team. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
