Incorrect cost basis tracking for Solana liquidity pools

Users may experience:
- When a user participates in a liquidity pool on Solana, they may receive a token in exchange. Users may see their tokens are not unique across different liquidity pools, resulting in inconsistent cost basis tracking.
Expected behavior:
- Users expect to receive a unique token for consistent cost basis tracking.
As a user, what should I do?
As a workaround, users can create a custom currency for each liquidity pool, and replace the liquidity pool token with the custom currency
