The root cause of these remaining balance fees were:
- Micro differences due to rounding
- Double fee spend from an imported (CSV) wallet/exchange in which the the fee was subtracted from the received token but also included in the fee field accounting for 2 fees being applied.

CT-JQA8nxjq in this case it appears that the fees were double counted for your BTC to USDT trade. This exchange was added as a CSV. Likely what happened when you formatted was that you included the fee and subtracted the fee from the received USDT. You can remove the fee from your BTC sell for USDT and that should address the double fee spend.

Hi CT-JQA8nxjq do I have permission to take a look at your account? Would love to get a better look of you error.

CT-JQA8nxjq: I took a look at this transaction and that SNT negative balance error is caused by a rounding issue. It is being flagged because CoinTracker rounded the decimals slightly and is flagging a difference of -0.000399999996 SNT. So you disposed of 0.000399999996 more than you have.
Thank you for providing the example! Our team is working to re-enable our remaining balance feature. That should make identifying the small differences easier. You can follow this forum post for updates: Re-enable remaining balance after each transaction
