Since June 11, I have been getting this error on all USDC limit order purchases and sales of BTC via my Coinbase account. Cost basis is $0.00 and it says:
---
Insufficient quantity
Your transaction history is missing [REDACTED] BTC (~$[REDACTED]). We are assuming a cost basis of $0.00 for the insufficient quantity. This happens due to missing or incorrect transactions.
---
Is this the issue you're referring to? Or is this a separate issue?
CoinTracker is EASILY the buggiest, most frustrating platform I have EVER used. Just when I think it's working correctly a new bug arises to mess everything up.

CT-RQWxEAgX: If you haven't already - try the Re-import option.
How to Use the Re-import Feature
You can find detailed instructions and more information on the Re-import feature
here
. Here's a quick guide to get you started:- Navigate to the Wallets page and find Coinbase.
- Click on the three dots ...next to Coinbase to see more options.
- Select the option to Re-import.
If that doesn't resolve this for you,
reach out to the CoinTracker support team directly
and we can look into why those balances are off. This post was marked as
