Users may experience:
  • Users report balance discrepancies for some of their assets on their CoinJar exchange.
  • Users may notice balance differences for specific assets in their CoinJar wallet
  • Users may see missing buy, sell, trade transactions due to a bug that is omitting transactions
Expected behavior:
  • Regardless of what internal exchange wallets a user facilitates trades CoinTracker should import all trade transactions.
As a user, what should I do?
If you are missing transactions we recommend reviewing the your the transactions imported into CoinTracker with your account_statement file from CoinJar. Users can create a generic CSV of the missing transactions and bulk import them via this feature to fill in the missing gaps.
Note: Based on testing, it appears that we are importing transactions in which the account_name field is 'Cash Account (fiat)' but if the account_name field is something else, we seem to skip those transactions.
How can users provide feedback?
