Users may experience:
  • Users report missing or erroneous transactions when importing their Avalanche wallets, these transaction are commonly DeFi activity such as bridging, liquidity pool events, swaps for low/mid-cap ERC-20 tokens
  • Users report seeing balance differences flagged on their AVAX wallets indicating the there may be missing or incorrect transaction history causing the discrepancies
  • Users report partial imports for some transactions, this means that while a user may have participated in some DeFi activity where multiple incoming and outgoing events may have occurred CoinTracker is only importing portions of the activity
Expected behavior:
  • Users expect CoinTracker to import all entries of a transaction into CoinTracker, this includes all ERC-20 and tokens (whether supported or unsupported.)
As a user, what should I do?
  • Users will need to manually edit these erroneously transactions to reflect their actual activity. Users can leverage the More Actions [...] > Tx hash feature to review their activity on the BlockExplorer and make edits to the transactions in CoinTracker as needed.
