Missing transactions

My old Coinbase account was hacked in 2022 and it was shut down. A new Coinbase account was created and the old assets were transferred. None of the old transaction history was transferred so I have many "insufficient balance in wallet" messages. The old Coinbase API was also shut down so Cointracker can't get that information. How can I resolve this? I can download the .csv files for the old Coinbase account. Can this be substituted? If so, how?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to CoinTracker! Yes, if you have access to the CSV of your old transaction history you can export the CSV and reformat it to meet these parameters.
Once you have reformatted this, you go through the 'Add Wallet' flow, select Coinbase, import the CSV using the CSV import option. We recommend naming the wallet as Coinbase (OLD) or something to differentiate between your active Coinbase account. This will import your transactions, if the transfers are included in both your CSV and your active Coinbase account CoinTracker should transfer match those transactions but if not you will likely need to manually mark those transactions as transfers and specify the wallets in those transfers. Give that a try!
