Users report the inability to import or partially import their custom Coinbase CSV into CoinTracker.
Users may see a perpetual loading screen when attempting to import their Coinbase CSV as seen in (Image 1) or an error message indicating the import failed (Image 2).
Alternatively, users will successfully import their Coinbase CSV but only a partial import will be completed. Users may see their Coinbase exchange appear with negative balances.
If users are in a rush, they can format their Coinbase CSV to meet our format requirements as outlined here to import the transactions.
We have escalated this behavior to our engineering team. We will update this post once a fix is deployed.
