Users report the inability to import their custom Gemini XLSX file into CoinTracker.
Users are seeing an error message stating "No transactions detected in the file you uploaded" even when transactions are present.
If users need to add the transactions ahead of this being fixed, they can format their Gemini CSV to meet our format requirements as outlined here to import the transactions.
We have escalated this behavior to our engineering team. We will update this post once a fix is deployed.
