Users may experience:
  • Users report their portfolio values being lower then the sum of their reported values
  • As an example, users may have 2-3 wallets and exchanges that total 300k in reported value, but if they have an imported CSV with a negative value, say 100k, the user will see 200k on their dashboard.
Expected behavior:
  • Users expect their portfolio balance to equate to the sum of all of their reported wallet values
  • Users should expect that the portfolio value only uses 'positive' reported values and omits negative values

As a user, what should I do?
  • Users should reconcile their imported CSV wallets to ensure the balances are not negative. Negative balances are often due missing incoming or acquired transaction activity.
