Hi -
I'm assuming this is a temporary glitch, but my net deposit is showing like a kangaroo market chart, which cant be the case since I had not transfer any money out.
Consequently cointracker is showing that I have almost 7X total gains, which is again cannott be correct.
please let me know when this is resolved - everything looked ok this morning when I checked.
PS this is the first time I am seeing this.

This issue should have been completed resolved shortly after the December 8th update shared earlier. Any cost basis anomalies should have been resolved since then.

I was going to sign up for the tax generation, but its looks like I would be wasting money and time. Until these bugs/issue are resolved there's no point.

I experienced the same problem and after several days it had partially resolved but still the net deposits were incorrect. I decided consolidate my CoinbasePro portfolios back into a single default however that seems to have matters worse. Cointracker seems to have lost the history of the other portfolios so it now looks like my default portfolio has jumped in value overnight. The assets transferred seem to have been transferred at current value but the cost basis was lost and they were transferred at current value so it now looks like I have lost all the gains on those assets. I cant tell if the problem is with Coinbase or Cointracker and no amount of re-syncing or creating new APIs seems to move me forward. The left image shows the total portfolio jumping in value in a single day (which it didnt) and it has lost the history value of the other portfolios. The 2nd image shows the portfolio receiving assets but at cost level equal to current price and not actual cost level.

This is an issue that we are aware of. It happened due to a change in how cost basis calculations we made. The change has since been reverted and should not be affecting any more accounts.
We have initiated a re-computation of cost basis for all affected accounts and the issue should disappear once cost basis has been re-computed.
