Net deposits is not changing

We believe that this issue stems from confusion over the subtlety of how net and total deposits are calculated.
As a reminder,
total deposits
is the cumulative fiat used to purchase cryptocurrency plus the market value of received cryptocurrency at the time it was received (this does not include the purchased cryptocurrency). Net deposits
is total deposits minus
reinvested fiat (proceeds which you use to buy more cryptocurrency). After reviewing some of your transaction history, we understand how this can be confusing. Even though you are all buying more cryptocurrency with fiat, you are also either a) selling some or all of it for fiat or b) sending it to wallets that are not tracked on CoinTracker.
The fiat you obtain from a) is a separate amount known as net proceeds that has to reach 0 before your net deposits will start increasing again. For b) you also increase total proceeds unless you mark these as transfers.
ℹ️
Here is an example:
You buy 1 ETH for $1000. Net deposits is $1000.
You sell 0.5 ETH for $2000. Net deposits is $1000 and net proceeds is $2000.
You then buy 1 ETH for $1500. At this point, you have actually re-used the money from your second trade. You net deposits is still $1000 here but your net proceeds has decreased to $500.
You then again buy 1 ETH for $1500. At this point, you have used up the remaining $500 of your net proceeds and then introduced $1000 of new fiat. Your net deposits is now at $2000.

I'm also having an extremely frustrating experience with Cointracker at the moment. My net deposits are not changing at all either and btc transactions between my own wallets are exploding my net deposits on the other hand!

This is continuing for me as well, almost entire month of march flatline despite transactions showing up.

There's your update Chandan. The second picture appears to have accurate numbers while the first does not.

Blake Garrison: yes but have been all along. seems like something happened around march when it completely stopped registering new deposits.
the transactions are showing up in the 'transactions' section and the market value seems to increase but that orange line stays flat.
