New Transactions Interface: cannot change auto flagged transfers to send/receive

Small BTC deposits made in my nicehash wallet are being automatically flagged as transfers to my nexo wallet, which is actually receiving small interest payments from nexo. There is no option to remove the transfer flag. If I clear out one side of the transfer it is deleted from the corresponding wallet.
See example attached. This should not be transfer but it automatically comes back if I do anything to try to change it to a SEND/PURCHASE.
