Ongoing and stuck sync for Gemini exchange

As a user, I want to import my Gemini exchange into CoinTracker. I expect my Gemini exchange to import within a reasonable amount of time. Users with many transactions (10k+) may experience longer than normal sync times.
Users report prolonged or stuck syncing for several days when importing their Gemini exchange. Syncing can take a few days depending on the volume of transactions being imported we ask that users allow the exchange to sync as CoinTracker will continue to re-attempt the syncs over time. If users are in a rush they can import their Gemini transaction history via CSV using the following format guide.
We have escalated the necessary details regarding this report to our engineering team. You will receive an update on this post once a fix is deployed.
