What is the issue?
Users with transaction counts below 200,000 are incorrectly restricted from accessing past years' data based on their plan’s historical transaction limits.
Users may incorrectly be prompted to 'Upgrade' their tax plan for previous tax years, even though they have already purchased a plan covering that tax year.
Who is affected?
Any user trying to access past years where their total transaction count does not exceed 200,000, but they still requires a higher-tier plan in the current year.
What is the workaround?
There is no workaround. Users will need to wait for a fix from our engineering team.
