Users may experience:
  • Display a balance difference error on their Bitfinex exchange wallets on the wallets page
  • Seeing an incorrect value as the reported value, the reported value should match the value you see on your exchange / wallet
Note: User's that experience this behavior may also be affected by
Missing transactions when syncing Bitfinex exchange.
Expected behavior:
  • Users should expect the reported value if there is a balance difference error to match the balance values they see on their exchange.
  • if there is no balance difference error users should see they exchange / wallet balances match their wallets or exchanges
As a user, what should I do?
1. If you do not have a lot of manual edits for your Bitfinex exchange, users can attempt to remove and re-add their exchange. CAUTION: This will delete any manual edits made to that exchange / wallet.
2. Hang tight! Our team is working diligently to get this updated. We will update this post once a fix is implemented.
