Shakepay Import Error: Failed to import your transactions CSV

Hi, it was working last time I tried a few weeks ago, but now importing Shakepay CSV file (simply downloaded file from shakepay.com juste like I have always done) is no longer working, it returns this error:
Ex.
transactions_summary.csv
"Failed to import your transactions CSV"
Please fix asap, thanks!
