Some historical SOL transactions are missing all of the tokens

Users may experience:
- CoinTracker is not bringing in the full transaction only the SOL signing fee seems to be included.
- Users may notice balance differences on SOL and or missing tokens from a transaction.
Expected behavior:
- The full transaction should be imported
As a user, what should I do?
- Users can manually add the transaction if they choose, however, it is recommended to wait for a fix from the team.
